Modern Slavery Statement - Last updated October 2025

We recognise the importance of preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. As a software reseller and support provider, our supply chain is primarily composed of reputable technology vendors and UK-based service partners. All staff complete modern slavery training during onboarding, with annual refreshers for procurement and operations teams. Internal guidance is tailored to remote-first operations and SME supply chains.

We aim to work only with organisations that share our values of transparency, fairness, and human rights and conduct informal due diligence on new suppliers and partners, prioritising those with published ethical policies and compliance statements. Additionally, we strive to maintain direct relationships with our vendors and avoid high-risk jurisdictions or opaque supply chains. We remain alert to potential risks in subcontracted services, particularly in areas such as logistics, outsourced support, or promotional goods.

Our internal policies reflect our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.  As a small team, we ensure all staff are aware of ethical procurement principles and are encouraged to report any concerns through our whistleblowing policy.  Rest assured, our practices are regularly reviewed and updated, as required.  Risks are mitigated where possible through supplier vetting and ethical sourcing questionnaires, contractual clauses addressing modern slavery compliance and regular risk-based reviews and escalation processes for any non-compliance detected.

Progress around our commitment against modern slavery is monitored closely by reviewing our suppliers with signed compliance documentation, annual completion of staff training and annual completion of supplier reviews. As we grow, we intend to formalise our supplier onboarding process and expand our ethical screening. We also aim to monitor relevant frameworks and guidance to ensure continued alignment with public-sector expectations.
